Only one credit card payment is allowed per order. 
The correct billing address on file with your credit card provider must be provided when your order is placed. Providing an incorrect billing address may result in a delay with your order. 

HockeyBoss makes customer security a top priority. All pages requesting personal and payment information during the checkout process provide encrypted data transmission. This security is denoted in the web address beginning with "https".
A valid phone number and verifiable billing and shipping addresses are required with each order. We may call to verify the billing and shipping information for any order. At our discretion, we may require that an order only be shipped to the billing address associated with the payment method. In such a situation, you will be contacted to determine how you would like to proceed with the order.
HockeyBoss reserves the right to refuse service or cancel orders at its sole discretion.

All domestic orders (within the U.S.) are charged taxes based on the delivery address provided on the order. No additional taxes, duties or fees will be required at the time of delivery. International orders are not charged U.S. taxes but may be subject to additional customs handling fees, duties and taxes charged by the shipping company and/or local government at the time of delivery.

HockeyBoss guarantees on time and accurate orders on all orders may be placed via our secure online ordering system.

HockeyBoss stands behind the authenticity of everything we sell. All of our products are brand new, first quality, and guaranteed to be authentic.

To ensure that our items are authentic, we work directly and exclusively with representatives of the brands we carry. We inspect products when they arrive in our warehouse, and we stand behind every sale. You will receive an order confirmation email after checkout. This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of your order; we reserve the right to decline or cancel an order at any time for reasons including payment issues, suspected fraud, or policy violations.

We offer limited, exclusive discounts and promotions to our mailing list and social media communities. To receive these offers, subscribe to our mailing list and social media. Orders are limited to one discount per order. Should you add multiple codes to your order, only the highest discount will be applied.

All items on our site are in stock unless otherwise noted during the ordering process. Our site shows real-time inventory, so you can always see the most accurate availability of our products. If an item in your order is unavailable, we will notify you and offer a refund or replacement.

We make every effort to ensure accurate pricing and product information. However, errors may occur, and we reserve the right to correct any errors or cancel orders affected by incorrect pricing or descriptions.

All items we sell are covered under any applicable vendor warranties offered by the manufacturer.

All defective merchandise is subject to inspection to determine if the issue is a result of a manufacturer's defect, normal wear and tear, or misuse.

HockeyBoss processes and ships orders on business days (Monday - Friday). Orders may be shipped in multiple packages, and there will be a separate charge for each shipment (if applicable). Delivery times may vary based on carrier delays or factors beyond our control. We are not liable for delays once your order has been dispatched. We will do our very best to make sure your orders arrive promptly.

It's easy to qualify for free shipping with HB! Select the free shipping option offered during checkout for orders over $150 (before taxes). 
The Following Restrictions Apply:
•    Available for orders shipped to the contiguous United States only (excludes AK, HI, and international orders)
•    Excludes oversized items that must ship on their own, like goals, trainers, and wheeled bags. Such items are marked on the product page as oversized
•    Excludes PO boxes & APO addresses

Feel free to inquire on returns or exchange requests on any items bought from HockeyBoss. For a full refund or exchange, ensure that products are returned in new, store-bought condition in their original packaging within 90 days from the original invoice date. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and while we prioritize your satisfaction with your purchases, please note that excessively using product returns may impact on your eligibility for store credit and/or refunds on such returns. If you receive an item that is broken or defective prior to use, contact HockeyBoss immediately to arrange for replacement or credit.
For defects or damage that occur after an item has been used, it is subject to the warranty terms that vary by item and manufacturer. Please Contact Us about return procedures for any product you believe to be defective.
